Apogee Therapeutics' (APGE) zumilokibart as a potential treatment in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis has met all primary and secondary endpoints "with high statistical significance" in a mid-stage trial, the clinical-stage company said Wednesday.
Mid-dose zumilokibart was well tolerated with a safety profile consistent with other treatments during the 16-week trial, the company said.
The company plans to begin late-stage trials in H2, it said.
