Pagaya Technologies (PGY) said Tuesday it closed an upsized $600 million auto asset-backed securitization transaction.

The deal brings the total capital raised to $1.5 billion this year, with 28 investors participating in the latest funding round, Pagaya said.

Shares of Pagaya were up 1.3% in early trading Tuesday.
