REalloys (ALOY) said Tuesday it is advancing facility upgrades to increase commercial neodymium-praseodymium output and remains on schedule to begin dysprosium and terbium oxides production by Q4 2027.

The company said it committed approximately $20.6 million in December 2025 to expand production capacity at the Saskatchewan Research Council processing facility.

The company said it now expects annual neodymium-praseodymium production of about 525 tons and continues to anticipate 30 tons and 15 tons of dysprosium and terbium oxides, respectively, per year at the facility.

REalloys also said engineering is currently underway and major equipment has been secured to build a commercial-scale heavy rare earth metallization plant.

Shares of the company were up 1% in Tuesday premarket activity.
