Goldwind Science & Technology (SHE:002202, HKG:2208) plans to repurchase part of its shares worth between 300 million yuan and 500 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.

The maximum repurchase per share was 39.84 yuan.

The share buyback will be implemented within 12 months after the board of directors' approval.

The Chinese wind power company's Shenzhen shares fell by less than 3%, while Hong Kong shares declined 2% during the afternoon trade.
