EPAM Systems (EPAM) will join the S&P SmallCap 600, effective before the market opens next Tuesday, S&P Dow Jones Indices said late Wednesday.

EPAM Systems will replace Shutterstock (SSTK), which is expected to be acquired in a deal that will close soon, according to the statement.

S&P Dow Jones Indices is a division of S&P Global (SPGI).
