Arq (ARQ) said late Wednesday it has named Shimon Steinmetz as chief financial officer and executive vice president.

Steinmetz brings more than two decades of corporate finance, capital markets and operational leadership to Arq, it said.

The company also said Stacia Hanse has stepped down from her roles as chief accounting officer, effective June 12.
