Kyndryl (KD) and Broadridge Financial Solutions (BR) said Thursday they have extended their relationship on core platforms and integration of AI-enabled operations within quantum-safe capabilities.

Under the expanded agreement, Kyndryl's AI-powered, open-integration platform, and agentic AI framework will be used to support Broadridge's digitization of investing and modernizing of wealth management, the companies said.

Kyndryl will also upgrade Broadridge's data center, network architecture, and core mainframe environment, the companies said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
