Dajin Heavy Industry (HKG:1081, SHE:002487) set its Hong Kong initial public offering price at HK$66.40 per share, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The China-based offshore wind power equipment provider fully exercised the offer size adjustment option, increasing the number of offer shares by 13 million, or 15% of the initial offering size.
Dajin Heavy Industry expects to announce allocation results on Thursday, with trading set to begin on Friday.
Shares will be traded in board lots of 100 shares each, the filing said.
