Airgain (AIRG) said late Tuesday it expanded its public-safety connectivity portfolio with FirstNet, built with AT&T (T), adding new devices aimed at supporting communications for emergency responders, utilities and field operations across the US.
The company added its MegaFi 2 and MegaGo 2 routers, which transmit at six times the power on Band 14, the dedicated spectrum for first responders, to improve connectivity in remote areas and through materials that weaken signals, Airgain said.
