1029 ET - Shake Shack has become more cautious on how much benefit it may see from tourists visiting its U.S. restaurants during World Cup games this year. The burger brand took down its financial outlook for sales and margins on Tuesday, and executives said during an investor presentation that its seen weaker tourism data in recent weeks along with stubborn costs. Beef costs have remained high, while other inputs have trended up for longer than expected. The company said it's not boosting menu prices aggressively despite the higher costs to remain competitive.
