0322 GMT - Tai Sin Electric stands to benefit from strong construction demand and rising data-center investments, RHB Research's Syahril Hanafiah says in a report. Singapore's construction demand in 2026 is likely to stay robust, supported by expected projects, including Changi Airport's terminal 5, the analyst says. The electric infrastructure solutions provider has benefited from various mega projects in the past. Rising data-center investments are also likely to boost its cable and electrical component segments. RHB Research initiates coverage of the stock with a buy rating and a target price of 0.75 Singapore dollar. Shares are unchanged at S$0.54. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
