Sadot Group (SDOT) completed the acquisition of Anira Consulting, a United Arab Emirates-based commodity trading and consulting company, for $12 million.

Sadot's stock rose 88% as intraday volume topped 48.4 million shares, versus the daily average of 539,567.

Xos (XOS) said Tuesday it launched its 2.5 megawatt-hour Power Hub series of integrated energy storage and hybrid power systems.

The stock almost tripled as volume topped 76 million shares, versus the daily average of 484,076.

Laser Photonics (LASE) shares rose 28%, a day after the company said its Laser Shield Anti-Drone system was selected by the US Department of Defense.

Volume topped 200.3 million shares, versus the daily average of 6.1 million.
