Entropy Neurodynamics (ASX:ENP) said it completed dosing for all six participants in the first cohort of its phase two clinical trial of TRP-8803 for the treatment of patients with binge eating disorder, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Each participant received two doses of TRP-8803 delivered 14 days apart alongside supportive therapy, per the filing.

Participants in the first cohort received a mid-range therapeutic dose, and the regimen for the second cohort will be decided after a review of outcomes for the first cohort.

"Importantly, dosing in cohort one achieved a controlled and reproducible psychedelic response across all participants," Entropy Neurodynamics said.
