TMD Energy (TMDE) said Monday that it has extended its memorandum of agreement on green bioenergy collaboration for the European and Asian markets with bioenergy firm Double Corporate by two years.

The extension gives the parties more time to continue discussions and negotiate toward the execution of definitive agreements, TMD Energy said.
