JAB Acquisition Corp I (JABRU) closed its initial public offering of nearly 17.3 million units at $10 each, raising $172.5 million after underwriters fully exercised their over-allotment option, the company said late Thursday.

Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share, one redeemable warrant exercisable at $11.50 per share and one right to receive one fourth of a Class A ordinary share upon completion of an initial business combination, the company added.
