Century Casinos (CNTY) filed a registration statement late Thursday to offer up to $100 million of common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, depositary certificates, warrants and units from time to time.
Century's public float was about $37.1 million as of May 8, and under the US Securities and Exchange Commission rules, it cannot sell more than one-third of its public float in a public offering in any 12-month period while its public float remains below $75 million, according to the filing.
