Co-Diagnostics (CODX) has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with an unnamed partner in Mexico for the Co-Dx PCR point-of-care platform, the company said Thursday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal includes the company's PCR Pro instrument and associated test kits, and is part of its efforts to expand its business in Latin America, it said.

Shares of Co-Diagnostics were up 3.1% pre-bell.
