Mannatech said it would keep Yasir Haider as its permanent chief financial officer after serving in the role on an interim basis in recent months.
Haider stepped into the role after Mannatech said in March that it would not renew James Clavijo's employment agreement, which was set to expire on June 30.
The maker of dietary supplements said Monday that Haider first joined the company as its controller early last year. Before joining Mannatech, he held senior finance leadership roles elsewhere.
"Yasir has earned this opportunity through the way he has stepped into the role, brought discipline to our financial processes, and helped us manage the business with greater focus and accountability," Chief Executive Landen Fredrick said.
