Satellogic (SATL) said in a filing Tuesday that Rick Dunn will step down as the company's chief financial officer.

The company said it has begun a search for Dunn's successor, who will continue to serve in his current capacity during the transition period.

Shares of Satellogic were up more than 2% in Tuesday pre-bell activity.
