Halliburton (HAL) has signed a multi-year agreement with Pampa Energia to support the digital transformation of its unconventional operations in Argentina's Vaca Muerta shale region, the company said Tuesday.
The program will use integrated digital solutions such as reservoir modeling, logistics optimization, and energy efficiency management to enhance decision-making and execution, the company added.
Halliburton said the program supports Pampa Energia's production expansion and capital efficiency goals as regional activity grows.
The company said Pampa Energia plans to expand production by up to 45,000 barrels per day by 2027.
