Annaly Capital Management Raises Quarterly Dividend by 7.1%

Annaly Capital Management increased its cash dividend by 7.1% to 75 cents a share from 70 cents.

The new payout is equal to $3 a year and has a dividend yield of 14% based on Wednesday's closing share price of $21.41.

The dividend is payable July 31 to shareholders of record June 30.

Annaly said the boost underscores the strong performance of its diversified housing finance portfolio and its focus on driving shareholder value.
