Theta Gold Mines (ASX:TGM) confirmed that all pre-settlement conditions for its issuance of bonds were satisfied and it issued $90 million senior secured bonds on June 12, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The net proceeds of the bond issue were placed into the designated Theta escrow account and will be released in accordance with the disbursement release conditions to support the development of its TGME gold project in South Africa.

Its shares jumped 4% in recent trading on Monday.
