Microbot Medical (MBOT) said Tuesday it has entered into an agreement with Lovell Government Services to serve federal healthcare systems.

Financial terms of the agreement were not provided.

Under the agreement, Lovell will become Microbot's Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business vendor to serve federal customers such as the Veterans Health Administration, the Military Health System, and the US Indian Health Service, according to a statement.

The agreement creates opportunities for Microbot to sell its Liberty Endovascular Robotic System at more than 2,000 government facilities, the company said.

Microbot Medical shares were 2.2% higher in premarket trading.
