Merck (MRK) has signed a multi-target discovery collaboration and license agreement with Protillion Biosciences, Protillion said Tuesday.

Under the terms of the agreement, Protillion said it will receive an undisclosed upfront payment, with the potential for up to $510 million upon meeting research, development, and commercial milestone payments for developing multiple therapies.
