Intellia Therapeutics shares rose after the gene-editing therapeutics company reported positive Phase 3 results for its experimental treatment for hereditary angioedema, a rare genetic condition that causes recurrent severe swelling in the face, limbs, intestinal tract and airway.

Shares of the biopharmaceutical company were recently up 13% at $13.65. The company's shares have risen 52% year to date.

The company said additional data from its Phase 3 HAELO trial showed its treatment, lonvoguran ziclumeran, or lonvo-z, reduced monthly attacks requiring on-demand treatment by 89% and moderate-to-severe attacks by 91% compared with placebo.

Data also showed favorable safety and tolerability, Intellia said, and had no serious adverse events.

Intellia said it continues to expect regulatory approval and a U.S. launch in the first half of 2027.

Shares of Jerash Holdings closed higher after the apparel manufacturer reported an increase in fiscal fourth-quarter earnings and revenue, driven by strong demand from existing customers and growing orders from newer clients.

The apparel company's stock closed up 8.4% at $3.75 on the day, after reaching a 52-week high of $54.47 earlier in the trading session. The stock rose another 1.87% to $3.82 post market. For the year the shares are up 23%.

Jerash posted net income of $1.67 million, or 12 cents a share, compared to a loss of $144,000, or 1 cent a share, a year ago.

Revenue was up 47% to $42.9 million, compared with $29.3 million in the same quarter a year earlier.

Jerash said revenue growth was driven by increased export shipments to long-standing customers and higher orders from newer customers, including South Korea's Hansoll Group.

Executives said on the earnings call that the company's manufacturing facilities are fully booked through December, and that Hansoll has placed follow-on orders after an initial shipment was well received.

For the first quarter, Jerash expects revenue to rise 20% to 22% from a year earlier.
