Telus' (TU) Canadian Telus Digital unit said Monday it has entered into a partnership with Cresta to deliver artificial intelligence-powered tools to improve customer experience outcomes.
Under the partnership, Telus Digital said it will provide implementation, integration, and other professional services to enterprises that deploy Cresta's AI platform. Services will include deploying and optimizing Cresta's AI platform for global brands, including voice and chat-based AI agents, the company said.
Enterprise clients can deploy Cresta on its own or alongside Telus Digital's tools, hyperscaler technologies, contact center as a service platforms, and other partner technologies, the company added.
