1229 GMT - Upper Crust owner SSP Group has the financial flexibility to drive growth and return cash to shareholders, Davy Research's Tara Tabesh and Paul Ruddy write. The food and drink company--which operates in airports and train stations--reported like-for-like revenue growth of 5% for the first half of its fiscal year ending in September and said it continues to consider options to create value for shareholders. The company's increased focus on margins and return on capital employed will benefit shareholders, the analysts write. Davy initiates coverage on the stock with an outperform rating and target price of 225 pence. Shares are up 2.75% at 182.20 pence and are up 8.9% over the year to date. (ian.walker@wsj.com)
