Viavi Solutions Says Xgig Platform Approved for PCIe Compliance Testing Globally

Viavi Solutions (VIAV) said Thursday its Xgig platform for PCI Express 6.0 specification testing has received Gold Suite acceptance from PCI-SIG, allowing it to be used for PCIe 6.0 link and compliance testing globally.

The Gold Suite acceptance helps speed up interoperability across PCIe computing technology systems, the company said.

Shares of the company were up more than 3% in premarket activity Thursday.
