AIAI Holdings (AIAI) Chairman John Rochon and entities controlled by his family acquired about $100 million of AIAI shares at $20 per share from an existing large shareholder, the company said Thursday.

The acquisition was a privately negotiated transaction, AIAI said, adding that the company was not involved in negotiating the deal and will not receive any proceeds.
