Neogen (NEOG) said Thursday that it is expanding the availability of FIFRA recommendations for the use of its products in Texas and Florida as part of efforts to combat the threat of New World Screwworm.
The company said the Prozap Insectrin X Concentrate and Prozap Screw Worm and Ear Tick Aerosol will provide ranchers, livestock producers, and horse owners with an additional option for fly management.
The Texas Department of Agriculture has approved the recommendations for these products, the company said.
Shares of Neogen were down more than 1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
