Market Chatter: China's DSC Holdings Targets $901 Million Valuation in US IPO

DSC Holdings, a Chinese used car dealer software provider, is targeting a valuation of up to $901 million in its US initial public offering, seeking to raise up to $54 million through 3 million American depositary shares priced between $16 and $18 apiece, Reuters reported Wednesday.

The company, known as Dasouche, will list on the Nasdaq under the symbol "DSC," with Ant Group affiliate API, Hong Kong, Investment set to buy up to $30 million of shares from the offering, the report said.

Deutsche Bank, CICC, CR Global Markets and ICBC International are underwriting the deal, according to Reuters.

DSC Holdings did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
