Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX) said that IFM Global Infrastructure Fund unit Diamond Infraco 1 gave notice that its off-market takeover offer for all of the ordinary shares that it does not already own in Atlas Arteria was declared free from all other defeating conditions contained in the bidder's statement after a condition under regulatory approvals was fulfilled, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

Diamond Infraco's stake in Atlas Arteria as of Thursday was 38.83%. It added that the offer is unconditional and has been unconditional since Wednesday.
