bioAffinity Technologies (BIAF) shares fell 13% in Wednesday trading after it said it has priced a public offering of 4 million shares of common stock, or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof, at $0.80 per share for gross proceeds of $3.2 million.

The biotech firm said it expects the offering to close Thursday.
