Dawning Information Industry (SHA:603019) said director and general manager Li Jun, along with senior executives Ren Jingyang and Weng Qinan, have prematurely terminated their share reduction plan, effective June 22.

Li sold 1.8 million shares for 161.3 million yuan, leaving 4.5 million shares unsold, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Ren sold 256,200 shares for 21.9 million yuan, with 62,875 shares unsold, and Weng sold 224,500 shares for 19.3 million yuan, with 10,020 shares unsold.
