Nuvectis Pharma (NVCT) said Monday it is transforming into a late-stage development company after in-licensing two drug candidates from Haisco Pharmaceutical Group in a deal that expands its pipeline into complement-mediated diseases and oncology.

The company acquired exclusive ex-China rights to NXP100, an oral complement factor B inhibitor being studied in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, IgA nephropathy and lupus nephritis, with late-stage and ongoing clinical programs in China, it said.

Nuvectis also licensed NXP200, a brain-penetrant "paradox-breaker" BRAF inhibitor targeting multiple solid tumors, including those with resistant or non-V600 mutations, it added.

The company said NXP100 has already shown late-stage clinical progress in China, including regulatory filings and Phase 3 data in PNH, while NXP200 is in early clinical development with evidence of durable responses across several cancer types.
