3P Learning (ASX:3PL) said Adam McArthur, currently chief financial and operations officer, will transition to the role of chief commercial officer, B2B, effective July 1, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Lynda Pendino, currently chief revenue officer, will move into the role of chief commercial officer, B2C, per the filing.

The company said McArthur and Pendino will remain part of the company's key management personnel, together with chief executive officer Jose Palmero, the filing added.

As a result of the changes, 3P Learning will revise its finance leadership model, with Palmero providing external-facing chief financial officer responsibilities, including investor relations and ASX reporting, effective from July 1, it added.

The company's shares fell 7% on market close.
