OceanScape International Secures Default Judgments Against Buyers for Payment Defaults

OceanScape International (SGX:V2Y) secured default judgements against two buyers who had failed to pay for subsidiaries acquired in 2025, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The Singapore courts ruled in favor of unit, V2Y for a combined SG$830,00 plus associated costs and interest of 5.33% per year.

Hao Xiang Enterprise was ordered to pay SG$580,000 by the high court for the unpaid acquisition of EVT 603, while Specialty Traditional Foodhub was ordered to pay SG$250,000 for the acquisition of Evertrust F&B.
