EHang (EH) said Tuesday the company and its Hong Kong partners have been selected as one of the initial trial projects under Hong Kong's "Low-Altitude Economy Regulatory Sandbox X" initiative for unconventional aircraft applications.

Under the initiative, companies will advance compliant demonstration flights, scenario validation, among others, with the aim of contributing to Hong Kong's low-altitude economy, the company said.
