China Resources Beverage (HKG:2460) plans to declare at least 0.37 yuan per share in dividends for each of the financial years from 2026 to 2028, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The company said it will determine a "more favorable dividend distribution plan" based on its performance growth.

The firm proposed a final dividend of 0.088 yuan per share and a special dividend of 0.165 yuan per share for 2025.
