Boundless Bio (BOLD) signed a definitive agreement with privately held biotech firm Serapha Bio in an all-stock merger, according to a statement Tuesday.

Shares of Boundless surged 88% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 57.5 million from a daily average of about 223,000.

HeartSciences (HSCS) has agreed to merge with digital mining company Fortitude Mining in an all-stock deal, it said Tuesday.

Shares jumped 52% amid a jump in intraday trading volume to over 126.9 million from a daily average of roughly 32,000.

IBM (IBM) joined the OpenAI Daybreak Cyber Partner Program and launched a new application-security service that uses OpenAI's models to help enterprises identify and validate software vulnerabilities, it said late Monday.
