EG Group has confidentially filed for an initial public offering in the US that could raise about $1 billion, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The UK gas station and convenience store operator is seeking an IPO valuation of approximately $9 billion, and the listing could occur as soon as July, according to the report.

The size or timing of the IPO have not been finalized yet, the people told the media outlet.
