HIVE Digital Technologies (HIVE) priced an offering of $115 million worth of 0% exchangeable senior notes due 2031 in a private offering, the company said late Thursday.

The offering was upsized from $100 million, the company said.

The company also granted the initial purchasers a 13-day option to purchase up to an $15 million in additional notes, it said.

The sale is expected to close on June 30.

The issuer intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for the general corporate purposes of its subsidiaries, the company said.
