Enerflex (EFXT) signed an updated agreement that extends the expiration of its revolving credit facility by three years to mid-2029, the company said late Wednesday.
The overall available funding limit under the credit program remains unchanged at $800 million, and the modified agreement allows the business to request up to $200 million in expanded capacity with lender approval, the company said.
The company had drawn $162 million from the revolving facility as of the end of March, it said.
Shares of the company were up 1.7% in Thursday premarket activity.
