White Mountains Insurance Group-backed (WTM) Kudu Investment Management and Australian Financial Planning Group said late Wednesday that AFPG has secured a minority investment from Kudu.

Financial terms of the transaction weren't provided.

AFPG said it intends to use the proceeds from this transaction to fund its growth, including expanding its advisor base and pursuing strategic acquisitions, while maintaining its independent ownership structure.
