SAP (SAP) said Tuesday Nokia (NOK) signed a new multiyear agreement to support Nokia's enterprise transformation using RISE with SAP Methodology, with its SAP S/4HANA software environment hosted on Microsoft's (MSFT) Azure.

The agreement was concluded at the end of 2025, SAP said.

Under the multiyear project, Nokia will migrate its Enterprise Resource Planning, or ERP, landscape and will gain access to AI features via SAP's cloud ERP products, SAP said.

As part of the project, Microsoft will collaborate with SAP and Nokia to support migration activities, the company said.
