Pacira BioSciences' (PCRX) non-opioid pain therapy Exparel is now separately reimbursed by UnitedHealthcare (UNH) across outpatient settings, including hospital outpatient departments and ambulatory surgery centers, the company said. UnitedHealth shares were 0.6% higher pre-bell.

INmune Bio (INMB) stock was up more than 3% after the company said it has entered into the US national phase for its CORDStrom patent application with the US Patent and Trademark Office, advancing intellectual property protection for its mesenchymal stromal cell platform.

Liminatus Pharma (LIMN) shares were down more than 11% after the company amended its definitive merger agreement with InnocsAI to allow for the transaction's closing before obtaining stockholder approval, with closing now expected Thursday.
