Technology stocks were advancing premarket Thursday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.9% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 1.4% higher.

Ouster (OUST) stock was down more than 6% after the company priced an underwritten public offering of 3.62 million common shares at $55.22 apiece, for expected gross proceeds of about $200 million.
