Gpixel Changchun Microelectronics Signs CMOS Supply, Packaging Service Agreements

Gpixel Changchun Microelectronics (HKG:3277) entered into two business cooperation framework agreements covering the supply of CMOS image sensors and packaging services, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Under one agreement, the company will supply CMOS image sensor products and customized solutions to the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (CIOMP), while CIOMP will provide certain products and services to the company through Dec. 31.

Separately, Gpixel's non-wholly owned subsidiary, Changguang Yuanxin, will provide packaging and testing services to the company through the end of 2027.
