Medi Lifestyle (SGX:Z4D) allotted and issued 189.1 million rights shares on July 6, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the health services company were up nearly 4% in Tuesday trading.

Following the issuance, the company's total issued share capital increased to 567.2 million shares.
