IQM Quantum Computers (IQMX) said Monday that it has acquired certain assets of German tech company Quantistry. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Shares jumped 10% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 1.82 million from a daily average of about 454,000.

Scotiabank upgraded Tenable (TENB) to sector outperform from sector perform while adjusting its price target to $50 from $26.

Shares of Tenable rose 9.3%. Intraday trading volume stood at more than 2.35 million compared with a daily average of about 3.64 million.

Goldman Sachs adjusted the price target for Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) shares to $640 from $450.

Shares advanced 7.3%, as intraday trading volume stood at over 18.8 million compared with its daily average of about 37 million.
